I wrote this synopsis for a literary agent and...I need some help.?

sooo... everyone dies. who's telling the story? someone has to live. that would be a sweet twist at the end to have someone alive telling the story that was otherwise thought to be dead.--> hook a second twist here on maybe how that person plotted this entire thing.
