What do you think is the most disgusting/disturbing death in a movie?

There was a Japanese horror film I saw once, and there was a scene where a woman jumped off of a building to her death. It showed her right after she hit the ground, and the entire side of her face was crushed in. It really was not the goriest death scene I've ever seen in a horror film, or the most violent, but there was something about it that just really disturbed me.
