I want to transfer back to my public high school but my mother won't let me?

I have been attending a vocational high school for the past two and a half months. I love what it has to offer (journalism, tv production, etc), and the cles and teachers. However, I am starting to dislike school. Because it is so small and clique-y, I have begun to feel self conscious. I feel like people are always talking about me. I've slipped behind in my studies. I'm barely getting two hours of sleep a night due to the amount of work. I'm so stressed, and I am running on empty. My health teacher has actually contacted my mother saying that she is worrying about me. I have approached my mother about going back to the public high school, but she has made it clear that she won't let me transfer. Honestly, I really just want to switch schools right now. I have never had any of these problems until this year. Is there anything I can do to change my mother's mind? And if she won't let up on her decision, what can I do to handle the stress?

My family and I have owned many Volvos and love them all. The ones that we have owned are 740, S70, V70, S80, and S40. They are extremely reliable vehicles, and you can easily get 250k+ miles on them with standard maintenance. Gerber vs. Leatherman Multi-tools?

I am a Gerber girl. I have had mine for about 12 years and when I first got it, I was touring with a theatre company and using it all the time. What put me off a Leatherman was the fact that you could almost cut your finger off when trying to close it with one hand (or perhaps that was just me!). I love the flick action to open it and the fact that the blades have a safety lock on them, but you could still open it and close it with one hand (useful when up a ladder!). Ultimately the choice is yours though. Bit jealous about the removable saw though. Mine has premier run stamped on the side, but it looks similar to the picture I saw of the 600.

Can you add karo syrup to formula to relieve newborn constipation or must it be mixed with water?

My 12 week old son gets very hard stools and its painful for him so my doctor said to give him a bottle with karo syrup mixed with water. He takes it fine but then it makes him go longer without a formula feeding b/c it fills him up. Then it makes his later feedings very close together and it throws him off schedule. My question is, can I just add the karo to the formula, or must it be seperate with just water?

I am 17 years old, 18 late February, and I no longer feel safe in my home. I live with my legal guardians, ages 62 & 70, and my biological brother, 12. Our relationships have always been tense at best, and when things get heated it always ends brutally. I was taken in by my guardians, who were family friends, after the deaths of my parents when I was about 5. My brother was taken in by them - as a baby - 6 months before my father's ping, so when I came to live with them he was already largely integrated into their family. I was ually abused by another family shortly before coming to live with them, and have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, Reactive Attachment Disorder, and high-functioning Aspberger's Syndrome (sp?), so forming proper relationships is very difficult for me. My childhood and preteen years were tumultuous, largely because I was struggling to deal with these issues and learning to cope with the strict and hurtful verbal punishments from my mother. She would slap me for things, which truly is not that abnormal. Apparently I have always had a bad relationship with my brother, even as children. Late my 8th grade year, I requested help for suicidal feelings and depression. I had seen therapists off and on. Once I hit high school, things went terribly downhill. I met a boy, thought I was in love, and had with him. He was a senior, 17, and I was 15 and in 9th grade. My parents always disliked our relationship, even while ignorant about the , but me and the boy thought we were going to be together forever, and at boarding school, it seemed so easy. My parents found out, pulled me from the school, and sent me to the local Catholic school. I still talked to my boyfriend, and seeing as he lived in the same area, we tried to see each other often. My parents threatened with a PFA. The boy went to another boarding school for a post-grad year, and became heavily involved with drugs. I looked to his best friend for solace, and started a relationship with that adult instead. I only say adult because he was 20 at the time. Things got worse, they fought over me, and when the original bf came back, he still used marijuana, and I got tied up in it as well, because while we no longer had anything in common, I wanted him to be the one, and it also eased the stress from my homelife. In the spring of my junior year, the issues at home reached their highpoint. My parents found my weed, and my mother and I got physical. I was sent to the hospital's psych ward, where they therapists there told my parents to try and press charges. Things were worse when I came home a week later; my mother now openly mocked my cutting and suicidal poetry and drawings. She would tell me I would never do it, that I was too scared. She reminded me how I was "no-good" and would never amount to anything. I started smoking again, but was not caught this time. However, my parents called the police and turned over my weed from the previous incident. I am now on probation for possession. I dropped the old boys I was interested in and tried to find more promising beaus. I ended up with an ex-con who had broken his father's jaw and aulted a cop, among other things. A few weeks into our dating, he left me for my friend, and I learned I was pregnant from him. This was in April; I was still in school. My mother knew, and was surprisingly civil about it. The baby died at 10 weeks in July, and I need a dnc to remove the corpse. (Had I carried to term, I would be due in a few weeks). Things died down and I tried to get my life back on track in the fall. However, my brother began getting abusive. Not hitting me, he tells me I am a "mf-ing c***sucker", and that I deserved to lose my baby. He hurts himself and blames me so that I get into fights with my mom, who tells him to hurt me physically, like I did him when I was a child. He is a large kid, plays both hockey and football, and really could hurt me. My mother tells me I am "no-good" for fighting with him, and that I will never go anywhere in life. My father just stays out of everything. I am afraid to go to my mother to schedule doctor's appts. After I lost the baby I had a bacterial infection that I was given antibiotics for. My mother saw was I was taking and told me I had trich and was a , and that all I want is to have . She refuses to make the appt. for me to get tested for STDs, because me wanting to get tested apparently means I'm going to have with someone, not that I'm concerned about my own health. I finally told her about my bladder infection, but only after it got unbearable and the nurses at school threatened to call her. I was so scared of the things she would say about it. I have a wonderful boyfriend now, someone who is so good to me, never does anything against me. She says I'm using him. That will kill your fish. A lot of cleaning solutions can't be rinsed out completely. To clean and disinfect, you can rub the tank down with white vinegar. he's not fully weaned yet. Get some puppy replacer milk stage 2 for him mix it as thick as oatmeal. than add a bit of the pedigree mix well. help him eat it. use your finger dip it in mix let him leck it off, leading him to the bowl. once he gets the idea of what the bowl is for slowly start adding kibble and let it soak until mushy in the milk than let him feed on that. a few days later start adding less and less milk/liquid until he is eating dry kibble.

You are still RF, right? Sometimes the incline of convertible seats takes some getting used to. Babies fuss around this age, don't fret too much. I use a sling to carry my lil one. We never had an infant bucket,, so he is used to getting out of the seat and into the sling. He stays awake for a bit, then wakes up. But since he is close, he seems to calm himself before we try to get him in the stroller. My husband jokes that the diaper bag really likes to travel in the stroller! At times, I wind up carrying him more than him in the stroller.

i went for my first ultrasound on monday. im suppose to be 6 wks and 1 day. they did a l ultrasound and we saw a sac and everything seems fine. i thought i saw a flickering but it was going kinda slow. the doctor checked my pulse and said she couldnt tell if it was an echo of my heartbeat or the baby's. she took some mmeasurementsand said the baby is the correct size. i had 2 blood draws 2 days before and my hcg levels were rising. im suppose to come back on tuesday but im am freaked out because i had a sonogram before with no heartbeat at 6 wks and i had to get a d&c. im really worried. is this normal. pleased help. i know you cant HEAR it at this time but im suppose to be able to SEE it right?

well after my friend's graduation there was a party.Everyone was drinkin.i drank a couple of beers not too much since i knew i would have to drive home after.later on that night i drove a few friends home , they were all really drunk . we end up getting pulled over for no seat belts and the police officer says he smells alchol comming from my friend breathe. so they ask me if i had been drinkin also. so i admitted to having a 2 beers about 3 hours prior . okay so i went to visits my horse today, he was really hyper so i had to lunge him for like ten minutes. then i rode him jumping for the first time (he is over 5 now) it was small like 6-12 inches and ground poles. he was really great. he was really sweaty so i was going to wash him off, i get him to the wash rack (its like three walls and cement floor so its scary, and my horse doesn't like baths) and if his life depended on it he would not go in. so i had to put him away sweaty, i tried to entice him , but it didn't work. then i decided to lightly hit him with the end of the lead rope and that didn't work, and neither does backing into it. he is deathly terrified of the wash rack now because whenever someone comes along they help me by slapping him on the and forcing him to go in which scare him even more. i would tie him there and fake him out by just grooming but now he won't even go in. i tried today for half an hour. but i had to get home. i feel bad for putting him away sweaty, will it affect him, and any tips for the wash rack. i got him to get one foot in by the end of the half hour twice and i praised him and had to give up. im thinking of just brushing him near it tomorrow and then ride, and then come back a few hours later and lay a trail of carrots up to wear you tie him then i'll groom him if it succeeds and then walk him around the wash rack until hes good. thanks for your help :))any tips??? 000000000000000000

I'm going to a party my friend is hosting later this month. The thing is, this is a frat party so there's gonna be college minors or whatever getting drunk and all. Last year I was almost scammed. I put my PSP up for sale (but its now not), and this particular person replied. Any the gist is that I foolishly sent the PSP via UPS (I logged into the scammers ups account and entered all the details) to an address in America that wasn't the scammers address. I naively believed them when they said that they would pay up when it arrived, I'm far wiser now though. Anyway, it turns out the address was of some local government official. Anyway after a couple of months of to-ing and fro-ing (I kept asking UPS to send it back to me, but the scammer used the same account to keep it in America) I managed to get my PSP back. However, even though the bill skyrocketed because of the package going back and forth between America and the UK/Ireland, they waived it...or so I thought until I came home today and found the letter telling me I owed them just over one hundred and ten euros. What I want to know is how can I fight this bill if they keep insisting I pay up?

4 month old/sleep regression?

I have wonderful 16 week old daughter. From about 7 weeks to 12 weeks, she went down at about 8pm, woke at about 3am to feed, then woke at 5am to feed again, and down until approx 7. This was great! I loved it! From about 12ish weeks (till present) she has started waking at 11, 2, 5, etc.... Does anyone have a similar situation? Advice? Why the regression?! She is exclusively fed.
