Found black mold on my 6 month old's window frame!!?

I am an insurance agent and I have to take mold mitigation training. Bleach does not get rid of mold. Mold feeds off of water, it's their main food source. Bleach is mostly water. It will make it LOOK clean, but the mold spores are still there and they'll come back in a few weeks. To get rid of mold, first you have to kill its food source, and the cause of the mold. That would mean replacing the entire window. If you successfully clean the mold, but still have the old window, it will come back because the conditions haven't changed.
