I bought phones from China, they were counterfeit and I didn't know, please read what customs sent me, HELP!

was there a phone number to call , a letter to you on this matter would have to be full of legal jargon because it is in writing from them and it is a serious matter but on the phone you can speak on a more personal level and try to have them understand you know they must be doing what is neccessary under their responciblities but meanwhile your out a thousand dollars and you quite possible have been robbed if this is true You may be out a thousand dollars thou your money is in another country and if the phones are illegal your not going to get them.
