Gerber vs. Leatherman Multi-tools?

I am a Gerber girl. I have had mine for about 12 years and when I first got it, I was touring with a theatre company and using it all the time. What put me off a Leatherman was the fact that you could almost cut your finger off when trying to close it with one hand (or perhaps that was just me!). I love the flick action to open it and the fact that the blades have a safety lock on them, but you could still open it and close it with one hand (useful when up a ladder!). Ultimately the choice is yours though. Bit jealous about the removable saw though. Mine has premier run stamped on the side, but it looks similar to the picture I saw of the 600.
