Where to find sweet, soft, gentle girls?

During my early and mid teenage years I never really thought about dating much. Now I'm 19 and I'd like to find a sweet, happy, soft (i.e the type who is happy to cuddle and smile alot). I don't particularly like aggressive women, nor women who are submissive. But a girl who is relaxed and enjoys snuggling by a fire (how cliche, God I can't believe I wrote that). I've heard of something called an eskimo kiss, where people rub their noses together, that is something I'd like her to do. But she should have her own friends (male or female) and not have to worry about me being jealous, I'm not a jealous person. In short, where can I find a woman like that. I myself am not a social person, I hate crowds and am not ugly but not a model either. I hope she doesn't care about looks. Speaking of looks I don't really mind but , if she's pretty petit, milky skin, green/blue eyes and waist length black hair that is to die for. Also intelligence is a must! So, where can I find her?
