Is it possible i am being stalked by spirit or demon?

i am currently 18 when i was 7 i always slept between my parents and one night i will remember for the rest of my life. i was sleeping and i felt as if someone had pulled me down from my ankle. i told my parents and they just didn't say nothing. then after that day the toilet seat would always fall when i would be home alone but never when my parents were there. in my building there is and was alot of negative activity shootings, suicides, stabbings, and my parents always fought, as of the age of 15 i stopped going to church and don't believe in god anymore, and i get tempted to try the Ouija board and Ive felt like i always have someone following me or watching me. if there is anybody out there with a serious answer or advice please let me know ASAP!
