My husband beats me and i cant have divorce what shall i do ?

my husband beats me most of the time ,and he nvr stop talking about how much he loves me and how much i am very important to him in life. iam married for 4 years now and i have no kids from where i come from divorce is a disaster i cant do tht to my family at allllll. no one knws about it and i cant have a divorce wht so ever what shall i do ?he is a very selfish person he doesnt want to have kids while i am dying for one what shall ido i live in hell?????
