Do Occupational Therapists Have as Much Job Opportunities as Physical Therapists?

It seems the salaries for both careers are similar. Which career offers the greatest opportunities and ability for growth. Which one allows for a more flexible work schedule? I personally do not want to work the traditional 9am - 5pm shift and want flexibility. Thanks for your help.
