Central heating cleaned but still ging?

We had a circulation problem, the system was cleared down, fitted Magna clean twin tech (which has removed tonnes of rubbish from the system) inhibitor used was Sentinal X100 but we're still getting ging into one particular radiator ? Ideas ? Maybe Sentinal X200 ?
