What is the name of this movie????? I think it is a Nicolas Cage movie.?

Starts out with (i think) Nicolas Cage as a horse breeder in the west. He is on his way to or from his ranch with a group of horses. A guy won't let him cross his land; he demands that Cage leaves two of his horses (two beautiful black stallions) and he can pick them up on the way back. When Cage comes back, the horses are so overworked that they are near dead. Obviously, Cage is upset. He goes on a spree throughout the west, burning barns, stealing horses, etc. At the end of the movie he is hanged with his teenage son watching. Good movie. Havent seen it in forever and I cant remember the name!
