Conspiracy Theorists: How do we know that the "secondary explosions" at the WTC weren't also done by al Quaeda

Susposing there actually were other explosions in the base of the towers, Does that prove anything about an inside job? Al Quaeda tried it in 1993 and failed. How do we know that there wasn't a truck load of explosives in the basement in addition to planes?
