Please please help me with this problem after surgery...?

Only your doctor could tell you for certain, but there is a chance it will come back. I had knee surgery in which a nerve was damaged, and I can't feel a section of the skin on my leg. However, it has slowly been coming back in parts, and the doc's say it will come back fully over a long period of time.
