What kind of snacks can I give my 7 month old that's okay?

Look at all the Graduates foods at the store. Those will tell you based on where he is with his physical development what he can or can't eat. At his age they should have tons of snacks for him. I'd say yes to the puffs, but just look and see what the label says. Good luck!
